This website adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard. 

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. Welcome to the website of the Sweet Green City of Victorias, home of the largest sugarmill and refinery in South East Asia and the center of Agri-Eco Tourism in Northern Nergros. OUr beloved City has been victorious in its lifetime vision and was awarded with the National Seal Of Good Local Governance for two consecutive years, 2018-2019, embodying excellence in delivering quality government service to all Victoriahanons.

With my great calling to serve and lead the people, join me as we continue to promote programs for economic growth and sustainable development while preserving the City's cultural, historical, and ecological heritage.
