Brief history
Barangay XV-A is one of the barangay located within the compound of Victorias Milling Company (VMC), a private company that produces refined sugar. Barangay has seven(7) Zones and most of the residents are company employees. Electricity and water supply are provided by the company. Don Bosco Technical Institute(private school) is one of our school in our barangay.
Barangay XV-A has a total land area of 217.69 hectares, it is 3.5 kilometers away from City Hall and it takes 30 minutes to reach the barangay hall. It is accessible by tricycle as means of transportation. It is bounded on the north by Barangay XVIII-A, on the west Barangay XVI-A and Barangay XV adjacent to our barangaay.
