Victorias City Library organized the “Spooky Fun Halloween Bash,” an engaging event featuring storytelling, games, and a costume contest, held at the Don Alejandro Acuña Yap Quiña Arts and Cultural Center, October 30.

A total of 30 children of city employees participated in the event, which included various fun activities.

Officer-In-Charge City Librarian Mary Ann Lazo conveyed a message encouraging participants to embrace the joy of sharing and connection within the community during the Halloween season.

The event was graced by Vice Mayor Abelardo Bantug III and City Councilors Teresita Bartolome and Dexter Senido, who supported the initiative.

The primary objective of the “Spooky Fun Halloween Bash” was to celebrate Halloween while promoting generosity through a gift collection drive.

Special acknowledgment was given to City Councilor Warlito Undar for providing prizes for the games, enhancing the event's appeal.

Appreciation was also extended to OIC City Librarian Mary Ann Lazo for her efforts in stage decorations, as well as to the working committee from the Information Technology, General Services Office, Victorias City Information Office, and library staff for their contributions.

Committee Event Leader Mary Ann Bangoc received recognition for her efforts in organizing the event.

The “Spooky Fun Halloween Bash” successfully combined festive celebration with a charitable cause, reinforcing the values of generosity and community support in Victorias City, all while creating lasting memories for the children involved.
