Victorias City officially opened its Solo Parent Week 2025 celebration with a seminar on Family Dynamics and Stress Management held at the Barangay XIII Covered Court, April 24.

The activity, organized by the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO), gathered 240 solo parents from 22 barangays.

Resource speaker Dr. Ana Lou Panganiban, RGC, Rpsy, discussed effective communication and coping strategies for solo parent families.

On behalf of Mayor Javier Miguel Benitez, Culture and Ethics Officer and Chief of Staff to the City Mayor Dr. Joselito Diaz delivered an inspiring message.

CSWD Officer Joy Reunir and Program Implementer Erna Bompat also joined the event to show the city's support for solo parents’ emotional and mental well-being.
