Victorias City warmly invites everyone to witness the 119th Malihaw Festival Fluvial Parade on April 25, 2025, at 3:00 PM in Barangay IX.

Experience the beauty of tradition and faith as we honor Our Lady of Victory and St. Casimiro through a solemn boat procession, marking the beginning of our annual patronal festivities.

To further enrich the celebration and promote community engagement, the City Government of Victorias, under the leadership of Mayor Javier Miguel Benitez, will be awarding prizes to the Top 3 Best Decorated Boats during the fluvial parade.

The business sector is also encouraged to participate by adopting and decorating a boat.
